I was very satisfied with the treatment I received at Dentalife Clinic. Dr. Nicol Díaz explained the entire process clearly and answered all my questions. Don't go if you don't want to waste your money. I went because I wanted to straighten my bottom teeth, which was a very small adjustment, and it took me two years with braces, draining my wallet, and they never moved. When I wanted them removed, they put me back on a retainer after three weeks, so my teeth shifted again, and they refused to take responsibility; they just kept quiet. DON'T GO.
Poor service, terrible communication. They treat their customers badly and have no respect for other people's time. Rude and unprofessional receptionists.

I had braces for over a year and experienced many problems and discomforts that weren't addressed immediately. Once the treatment ended, they left me with retainers that began to irritate my gums, causing them to bleed. persisted. My gums were constantly inflamed and sore, so I consulted an external doctor who told me it wasn't normal and that there was an issue with the retainers. When I contacted the clinic, they wanted to charge me again for the retainers, which cost between $60,000 and $80,000 pesos, which they shouldn't have to do because it wasn't my fault. They charge for everything, even just in case, and they don't do their job properly. I still haven't found a solution to the problem, and of course, I stopped wearing the retainers because they were causing me pain.
