Terrible service when you need simple information, such as requesting medical records or basic data for income tax returns. They simply don't provide patient records when requested, nor do they respond to requests for basic information to include in tax declarations.
Terrible service. I spent months requesting my medical records and it was denied. Now, when I need information for my tax return, it's not provided, nor is there any response. They simply tell me to go there in person, but they could send everything by email. But the requests are always ignored and nobody does anything.
I received excellent care here at Dr. Fernanda's clinic, I loved it and highly recommend it.
Dr. Fernanda is an excellent professional. I had my implant treatment done with her; the entire process was impeccable from beginning to end. She also treated me for prosthetics and implant-supported prosthetics. I highly recommend her! She gave me all the support and followed the protocol. I loved it and highly recommend her!
