100% recommended... I've had excellent results since I started treatment at the clinic. The specialists are fantastic, and the receptionists are so lovely!
The results of their work are excellent; they have high technology and the attention from the professionals is outstanding.
Dr. Eduardo Gatica was ruthless; he left me in shock because he skimped on anesthesia and didn't listen to the patient when they complained of pain. Edit: Also, the administrator makes intimidating phone calls after reading the evaluation. I requested the follow-up appointment because I found tooth fragments in the mouth rinses I made at home.

After a thorough review of this case at the clinical management level, we confirm that the procedure was performed in strict compliance with all established medical and safety protocols. We regret that your experience was not as you expected. From the moment you entered the clinic, observing a high level of anxiety, our administrator decided to accompany you at all times, providing constant support and reassurance alongside the attending physician. You were also offered the option of performing the procedure under conscious sedation for greater comfort, an alternative you declined. The tooth extraction was then performed conventionally, using the clinically indicated anesthesia and within the recommended safe limits for your condition. You subsequently attended your postoperative follow-up appointment, where you were evaluated by another professional at our clinic. Your recovery was found to be progressing as expected for this type of procedure, and you were scheduled for suture removal on the corresponding date. At Clínica Zagurt, our ongoing commitment is to safety, respect, and strict adherence to clinical standards. We remain open to any further evaluation you may deem necessary.
The service is excellent. They explain everything very well. Especially for those of us who are afraid of the dentist, they are very understanding and make the experience much more pleasant.

I loved it; they have everything you need. There's no need to go to other centers for X-rays or other specialists. And everyone who works there is very warm and empathetic.
Good clinic, good service from the reception staff and the dentist is very friendly.

I was seen by Dr. Camila Quezada and Basilia Márquez; they were both very kind and explained everything I needed to know about my teeth perfectly.
I have been receiving care for 8 years and they have always been a 10 in terms of attention and treatment. The doctors and the girls at reception are wonderful. In general, I recommend them.
