Unprofessional practice. They take online bookings and then call to cancel because the doctor decided "not to work"—this is the second time they've canceled on me at the last minute. I don't recommend it.

Very good service. Punctual. I'm delighted with the orthodontic treatment, and I don't like coming to the dentist. But I feel very comfortable, and the surgeon is just as happy. The staff is definitely friendly and always treats you very well. As a person and a patient, I recommend them.

I went twice for checkups last year. They told me everything was fine. This year they called me for another checkup, and as soon as I sat down, they told me it was just a cleaning. And since I didn't sign up for anything, they told me they were going to give me a toothbrush for coming, but they pretended not to and didn't give it to me. You know, if you decide to do that to get people to come, it's pointless because I don't care about the toothbrush; I have plenty. It's their attitude to lure people in, and if you say no, they just ignore you and leave you hanging. "She's not going to take any more of my time," they say. That's the feeling I got. I hope that's the end of it. Don't call me next year because I'm going to remind you of everything, and if you give me something as a gift, I'll say no. You won't give it to me unless I pay money, even if it's just for a cleaning.
