The team at Encarna and the receptionist were very friendly, and the doctor explained things clearly and simply. They all seemed very competent, and the patient's health was their priority. Their receptionists service and communication is appalling. They send voice messages via What’s app and then they forget to reply. I’ve asked them numerous times to put everything in writing like any professional clinic would do. g one week on a weekday. After a lot of back and forth, they say fine. But then the Invisalign doctor is not there when I arrive. So a total waste of time for me. I told them that due to their communication I am considering not being a patient anymore and they were like: “fine, you’re off the list”. Like you are a number.

We repeatedly tried to contact you via WhatsApp, asking in writing (there is only one audio message) whether you wanted the appointment on Tuesday or Friday. Since we didn't receive a response, we decided to call you to better assist you and ensure you had the appointment you requested. We apologize for the misunderstanding and would have loved for you to visit our clinic. Upon reviewing the conversation, we found no mention of any list or referring to you as a number. You wrote to us saying, "Please remove me from the list." Every single one of our patients feels very well cared for and valued at our clinic. If you wish to return, we would be delighted to treat you just as we do all of them.
