They are truly incompetent. I had a scheduled appointment, but when I arrived, the place was closed. They only gave me the excuse via WhatsApp that the doctor had an emergency. The problem isn't the emergency itself, but rather their lack of courtesy in notifying me, making me waste time and money by traveling from so far away.
