Excellent service, they tell you honestly what you need and everything is done well. I highly recommend working with Dr. Erick.
It was a great experience. They are both very good people and their work is excellent. I was afraid of dentists, but they helped me by instilling confidence in me. I am very grateful to both Dr. Edgardo and Dr. Erick :)

Terrible experience. Completely unprofessional; they don't display prices, don't keep medical records, and don't explain the cost and procedures. I don't recommend them; don't risk your health.

Dr. Erick Ramírez provided spectacular and incredibly kind care. They treated me in an emergency when my tooth broke, and it was excellent. They even have a camera so you can see what they're doing!

After several bad experiences, I came to this Dentist. From the first consultation, he stood out for his kindness and professionalism throughout the entire process. Dr. Edgardo treated me, he placed a Crown on me, and the entire process was really quick. The cost was affordable, and in the end, I was satisfied with the result.

Osen is a great dental clinic!!! I highly recommend it! I had a wisdom tooth, and they removed it very quickly and easily. They explained everything through a translator, gave me medication, and wrote a prescription. Thank you so much to this dental clinic!!!
The dentist is very friendly and explains the procedure and care step by step. He's very professional. I went for my wisdom teeth removal and there was no pain, and they're always attentive to your recovery.

He's the dentist everyone wants: patient, kind, he explains the procedure, and best of all, because many of us avoid the dentist out of fear, he was PAINLESS! (I had a decayed wisdom tooth extracted). Plus, they follow up after the extraction. Very professional service.

Excellent work and care from the endodontist—super friendly, patient, and professional. He creates a calming atmosphere because he clearly explains the treatment process, answers questions, and is attentive to any discomfort. Excellent service. Dr. Edgardo helped me with a poorly prepared root canal, which was causing me problems (one of them being occasional pain, which was annoying). I told him, and he supported me by explaining the entire process. He ultimately redid my root canal, and I've been happy ever since. I highly recommend his service for quality, price, and customer service. 🙂
