An excellent clinic, very professional and dedicated to its patients. Very good prices and exceptional service. 1000% recommended.
In April, I went to this clinic where I was seen by Francisco Bertin. He filled one of my teeth, it fell out, and he replaced it. Four months later, the filling fell out again, and he refused to replace it because it was "too much work." Instead, he proposed a root canal followed by a crown, costing $500,000, leaving me with a temporary patch that only lasted two days. He simply did not take…

Dr. Andrea Bertin is amazing! Excellent professional. My son has autism and was suffering from toothache. Her technique was spot on! I highly recommend her. In addition to her customer service, she is also excellent at handling dental emergencies! ✨

Very good care from Dr. Andréa for my 7-year-old son. She does excellent work. I went to two dental clinics before arriving there, and the dental work she performed on my son was excellent, with no problems at all.

Horrible experience. I absolutely do not recommend that young children visit Dr. Andrea Bertin. My 5-year-old son had the worst experience with this woman who calls herself a professional. I realize she has zero love for her profession, and you can't force a procedure, especially not with young children. Patience and love are needed. I don't recommend it; it's a bloodbath. When inquiring about availability and payment options, they listed all the available credit cards and payment plans. I went in for a tooth extraction. The dentist couldn't remove it because she didn't have the strength. She ended up breaking the tooth, didn't remove it completely (I realized this later), and put in stitches. my Abcdin Visa card, which indicated a "benefit," it said they only accept cash. My partner had to go to an ATM to withdraw the 80,000 pesos they were asking for the tooth extraction. I went back for the follow-up appointment (the dentist arrived an hour late, claiming she was coming from Serena by bicycle). I mentioned that I felt something strange in my gum. She took an x-ray, and it turned out I had tooth fragments inside. When she tried to remove the fragments, I ended up with a fractured jaw and had to pay for a separate follow-up appointment. A year later I'm still in pain and paying the price with jaw and facial pain when chewing 😡!!!
I went in for an emergency, they attended to me quickly and all the information was clear.
Very good care from Dr. Andrea Bertin... 1000% recommended to those who are terrified of the dentist. She makes the session as relaxing and pain-free as possible.
