Excellent clinic with a great team of professionals (I must confess I went in with some apprehension due to childhood traumas with the dentist), but I left amazed by the care I received, and I've even returned several times. 100% Recommended.

Excellent care, both for adults and children. I feel comfortable here, and my children are happy to go to their appointments. There are many specialists in different areas, the clinic is very reputable, and the staff is very friendly.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to attend. The only thing that prevented me was the terrible telephone service. When I tried to inquire about the price of X-rays, they responded, "The price will be given to you upon evaluation." Perhaps they could change or train the person who answers the phone so that the warmth, empathy, and professionalism that caught my attention on their website is compatible…

It's essential that customer service has someone who handles all the necessary information to provide a positive customer experience, especially when it comes to quality. It's unfortunate. I really wanted to attend; I just needed to know if it was within my budget. I hope they improve this detail soon. Many of us look for what they offer from the beginning to the end of the service.
