I see other opinions and I don't believe it, I've been with them for 3 years and they have treated me in the best way, they change dentists like 3 times but since they have everything written down my treatment has continued as they explained to me at the beginning, all the girls are kind, and I have seen many positive changes in my treatment, that's why I always recommend this place, I think it depends on each person's experience in my opinion 10/10 but to each his own

I went for two years for cavities and braces. There were several things that didn't sit right with me from the start, but since I wasn't familiar with the procedures, I continued. And now, three years later, I'm going to have to get orthodontic treatment again and fix some fillings that were placed incorrectly and damaged my dentin. They give you a thousand excuses for what you notice is wrong and just say it will go away with time. Their staff is very young, and although I understand that everyone needs to practice, there doesn't seem to be any supervision from anyone else. The treatment is "cordial," and they seem to be interested. But the results are terrible. You get what you pay for...

I was under their care; they filled one of my molars, and a few days later it turned a dark color. I told them about it, and they said it was normal because there was a deep cavity, but if there was no pain, everything was fine. I continued with my treatment, they discharged me, and shortly after, my tooth started falling apart. I went for a follow-up appointment, they examined me, and the only solution they offered was that they didn't know what their colleague, who no longer worked there, had done, and that I had to go to a specialized clinic because they don't do that type of work there. It's unbelievable that they damaged my tooth and just washed their hands of it by saying that the dentist who did the work is no longer there.

Zero professionals, if you have the opportunity to go, don't take it.

It’s been a while since I stopped going to this dental clinic… honestly, I don’t want to miss the opportunity to leave an additional comment to all the others who describe this as a terrible dental clinic… if they can save the few pesos they charge for the service… better… they set the price but not to provide poor quality service and indifferent treatment when a problem arises… in my case… I had the opportunity to get orthodontics and at the first appointment to get braces 3 days later 2 of them fell out of nowhere, they just popped and came loose… I made the comment and they agreed to replace them at the second… and so it was… they replaced them and at the second appointment one more than the first ones they put on me popped… and in that case they didn’t respond to me and said they would look into it when I went to the third appointment… but the treatment is supposed to be with all the complete braces, not just one missing… that modifies the treatment due to incorrect movement of the teeth… anyway, at the third appointment they wanted to charge me for the braces being put on. since they didn't put the first braces in correctly... in addition to all this... the promos they put out about 3 cavities per 1000 among others... they only pick up small spots of caries stains and you can't choose which ones to remove, which must be the most urgent... additionally, they don't treat you the same people and they are practitioners... that creates distrust... we pay for professionals to do it for us... not practitioners who can make mistakes... I want to contribute my grain of sand to this place to avoid disappointments... things must be done correctly...

Excellent service from all staff; the attention they give from the moment you ask for information until you are received and in consultation is exceptional.

It's a very pretty clinic, I love its decorations every time there's a themed celebration, the receptionist and my dentist especially are very friendly, they're all super friendly, I love that they serve me super fast and when they take a while it's because some people are late arriving, my dentist is very good to me, she treats me very nicely and tells me my procedure.
