Absolutely satisfied. I had a cavity checkup and was offered a filling right away. Quick and without anesthesia, everything was fixed in less than 10 minutes, and I went home happier than a clam.

I will never go back, they tried to extract half a tooth, for it there was no solution, I made a second consultation and 2 years ago they saved my tooth, without extraction. I think it would be important for patients to be fully informed before undergoing any test or treatment, clearly indicating whether and how much it entails. I had a curettage, which I'm not unhappy with, costing €290, but based on my dissatisfaction with the first visit, I won't be returning. In response to your response: I don't know whether or not you gave me a discount when charging for the CT scan, since I never knew beforehand that I would be charged or how much it would be. I'd previously had X-rays done at other clinics through the insurance company at no cost. Since they didn't mention the charge, I assumed it would be the same. I brought a pen to get my CT scan, since I paid for it, so in case they ask for another one, I wouldn't have to repeat it. It's true that there were two curettage procedures, one for the top and one for the bottom teeth. As for me not saying anything, when they charged me for the CT scan, I already said I didn't know it was charged, but what am I going to do about not paying?

We're sorry for your dissatisfaction, Pilar, although we don't fully understand it, since you didn't show it here at the clinic. In fact, even on your second visit, we also visited your colleague, who came in thinking he had a problem, but ultimately didn't. At our clinic, when a doctor visits a patient, especially on his first visit, a complete examination is performed, detecting more pathologies than the patient believes he has (as was your case) or fewer (as was the case with your colleague). Regarding the CT scan, we can't include it through your insurance company if your policy doesn't cover it; in any case, you should discuss this with them. The only thing we could do, and what we did, was give you a discount on the price of the CT scan. You even asked us to send it to you, which we did. On your second visit, you brought us a USB flash drive for us to copy, which we also did. The quote presented to you demonstrates our complete transparency, since under no circumstances is any treatment performed without the patient reading and signing it. We are pleased to know that you are satisfied with the two curettage procedures (not just one) you underwent, and we appreciate your expressing this. Our clinic's 40-year history supports us as a clear, transparent, and professional clinic.
