Excellent service, very friendly professionals, and they offer a wide range of services (different specialties). Congratulations on having state-of-the-art equipment; highly recommended.
Everything was great, the medical staff was excellent, and the administrative staff were top-notch.
It's been a year of changes, and I love how my orthodontic service evolves each month. The team is very kind and dedicated from the moment you schedule an appointment. When you start, everything is just as efficient since they have everything you need for x-rays. Everything is excellent.

My experience at Clinica Roadent was the best. I had my orthodontic treatment with Dr. Oscar Roa, who is an excellent professional. I also had a crown and veneers done by Dr. Renato Romero, who, in my opinion, is the best in cosmetic dentistry and oral rehabilitation. I highly recommend this clinic; the staff is very friendly and attentive.

I find the service to be very good, and the work they do is excellent overall.
They take x-rays and don't give them back (they charge you for them). Any worker who accepts a job should do a study and look for improvements. Here, they discard the entire process of your braces, just for the purpose of charging you for the full treatment again.

We understand the frustration, but it's important to clarify a key point: Orthodontic treatment cannot continue without a complete diagnosis. Braces are not just about aesthetics, nor do they simply involve "tightening the teeth." Every orthodontic treatment is planned with: • X-rays • Bone and dental assessment • A specific movement plan Without these studies, it's impossible to evaluate roots, bone structure, and risks. Continuing a previous treatment without knowing the original plan can cause irreversible damage, such as resorption or incorrect tooth movement. Furthermore, not all braces are the same: each specialist works with their own prescription and biomechanics. Therefore, it's not always safe or responsible to continue with braces installed elsewhere. Restarting or redesigning a treatment isn't about generating more revenue; it's a clinical and ethical requirement to guarantee safety, monitoring, and a stable outcome for the patient. Proper orthodontics involves diagnosis, planning, and monitoring. It's not improvised.

The place is heated, offers water and a cell phone charging area, the dentists are friendly and approachable, and there are comfortable waiting areas.
