I would like to thank the staff at the Puyuelo Clinic for their kind and cordial treatment, starting with Alba and Jessica, and ending with Lourdes, who performed my dental hygiene. I went for a facial and it exceeded my expectations. Luis's explanations were very clear, and Olga was very thorough during the cleaning, as well as super friendly, explaining each step to me. I was very happy and satisfied with the result; I hadn't received such care at any other clinic. I highly recommend her!

s greet me with a smile and do everything possible to make me feel comfortable during each visit. Olga, the hygienist specializing in gum treatments, has been fundamental to my oral care. She is an exceptional professional who makes every cleaning a pleasant experience. Her personality is wonderful; she is always caring and attentive, and she explains everything very clearly. She has never hurt me during cleanings, is always extremely careful, and I also had periodontal treatment with her, which was very well done. I have never had a cleaning like the ones she performs, which demonstrates how excellent she is at her job. Dr. Luis Carlos Garza, a specialist in cosmetic, restorative, and rehabilitative dentistry, has been key to improving my oral health and appearance. Thanks to his skill, he corrected previous problems stemming from poorly done fillings at another clinic, which were causing me gum pain. He placed crowns where necessary and rebuilt several teeth, achieving a spectacular result. My teeth look beautiful, and the change has been remarkable, improving both my health and the aesthetics of my smile. His care has been impeccable; he is a highly professional and very approachable dentist, which has made each visit even more positive. Dr. Orwah Abboud, who oversaw my invisible orthodontics, has also proven to be an exceptional professional. In addition to his technical expertise, he treated me with dedication and care that made the process much more comfortable. He was always willing to answer any questions or address any concerns, striving to make the treatment as effective and pleasant as possible. Regarding the team of assistants, I would like to highlight Alba, Brenda, and Emilia, who have always demonstrated great kindness and professionalism. Although I usually find myself interacting more with Alba, her warmth and personalized approach make me feel as if I've known her my whole life. All three have provided exemplary service, always attentive and helpful during every appointment. Luis Puyuelo, the clinic director, is an extremely professional and kind person who demonstrates a genuine interest in the well-being of his patients. The entire clinic is staffed by highly qualified professionals, but what truly distinguishes this center is the human quality of each member. While you might find one or two exceptional individuals elsewhere, at Puyuelo Dental Clinic, the entire team is incredible, contributing to a comprehensive and satisfying experience. In short, the care I have received has been outstanding. I have experienced significant improvements in my oral health and appearance, and most importantly, in an environment where professionalism is perfectly combined with a warm and personal touch.

I went to them for a hygiene and a touch-up on an orthodontic treatment, and I couldn't be happier with the service that I received from the entire team, particularly from Brenda and Dr Abboud. I had veneer treatment with Dr. Roldán. The service from all the clinic staff and Dr. Roldán himself was outstanding. The result of the veneers was even better than I expected; you can't tell they're veneers at all, they look like 100% natural and beautiful teeth. I'd always suffered from pain and clicking in my jaw joint. I went to several orthodontists, and they all told me I needed surgery, until I found Orwah, who managed to solve the problem after 12 months of orthodontics. They are a team of professionals who work with very advanced technology, very professional and very attentive to their clients. I have been a client for many years.
