I make an appointment through the website, which clearly states that the visit is free. I go for another opinion and find myself with the same doctor who saw my daughter a few days ago at another clinic. And in the end, they charge me €41 for the consultation as a new client! Without any prior notice. I feel ripped off. I won't ever return.

Two things have bothered me so much that I feel compelled to write this review: I have two daughters whom I took to this clinic because it was recommended to me. My eldest daughter had her braces done and everything went very well, the result has been excellent, but they put a wire behind her upper teeth and it came loose. seen as an emergency because my wire was hanging off, they told me their emergency service ended at 3:00 pm and that I had to cut the wire myself… I find it incredibly lazy and very, very wrong that 1: they refused to see me and 2: they told me I had to cut the wire myself (what was I supposed to cut it with?? My drawer full of dental tools???) In the end, I had to call another dentist who gave me an urgent appointment to have the wire reattached. The other reason I don't recommend this clinic is because my young daughter had a terrible experience with a clinic employee who started cleaning her teeth and was so rough that she made her cry. When she started trembling, the employee repeatedly told her how bad her teeth were, how dirty they were, and that she needed to clean them better… she even called a colleague over to tell her how dirty her mouth was. I had to… To say they should stop... they've traumatized my daughter, when we've never been a family afraid of dentists. In fact, I like dentists and I've always taught them that going to the dentist is not only good, but exciting, interesting, and very healthy. Until recently, I even had braces myself. Now, thanks to this clinic, my daughter is afraid of dentists, which I find unbelievable—that this clinic presents itself as a place for children. I will never forgive them, and please, if you don't want to traumatize your children, don't take them to this clinic.

It's a great clinic, and the best part is that it's designed with children in mind, offering lots of activities to keep them entertained. They even give prizes to the little ones! The dentists are very kind and patient, which makes this clinic the best. A wonderful clinic, 100% recommended.
