I've always been seen on time, which is rare in healthcare. Plus, the electronic receipts make reimbursement requests with my health insurance provider (Isapre) much easier. Professionally, Dr. Felipe Figueroa stands out for the quality of his work; he always takes the time to explain the procedures he performs or those that are coming up.
