Good service, good doctors, but go with plenty of time as there's almost always a waiting list

Excellent service and quality (this was two years ago). Now they leave much to be desired. If they take a long time even with an appointment, don't even think about coming without one. They'll leave you waiting for hours without seeing you until a doctor is available. And don't be late or don't come at all because they'll charge you for late fees, even though they're always late and there's no problem with that. The service is really going downhill. The administrative side could be improved; there should be a price list, as the prices are somewhat high. However, the dentists are excellent: respectful, professional, and they explain everything. Their offices are also very clean and well-equipped. I recommend Dr. Victor.

They should have a basic price list such as check-up or consultation, x-rays, extraction, fillings with different types of materials since it is very difficult to go to the place just to find out the prices when you need the service.

I DO NOT recommend it I went to this clinic for an impacted wisdom tooth that's causing me pain. I was there for almost two hours only to be told the same things I already knew. The doctor was professional and kind; I have no complaints about him. However, the administrative aspect leaves a lot to be desired. From the reception desk, the staff's attitude was unpleasant. There were several receptionists, none of them willing to provide proper service. They didn't even respond to the greeting from an elderly woman who arrived before me. They asked me to buy a $30 ID card, but they don't accept cards or transfers—in the middle of 2025. I paid with a $500 bill, and they kept it without giving me immediate change or explanation, which I found very unprofessional. Then they made me fill out a very long form and transferred me to the doctor. He ordered an X-ray, and the ID card said it was $25 with a discount. In the end, they charged me $250, without warning. These differences should have been clarified from the start. They also told me that extractions cost $600 and $300 with ID, but they don't apply to wisdom teeth, which they don't explain until you ask. When I called to resolve my questions, I mentioned that I couldn't hear the call well, and the person who answered me snorted at me with obvious annoyance, as if it were a burden to see me. That made me feel even more uncomfortable. The most frustrating thing is that they didn't perform any procedures on me; they just took an X-ray (which I already had!). In short: poor organization, poor attitude from the reception staff, confusing and non-transparent costs. A complete waste of time and money. I don't recommend it.

The receptionist at the general dental clinic was very rude and unprofessional. She's an elderly woman who is very incompetent, doesn't explain things, contradicts everything, makes faces, and to top it all off, I gave her my billing information and it turns out she forgot to process one piece of data. She just clicked the button and said the bill couldn't be processed. They should hire someone more competent.

Terrible phone service. They don't have the right person to answer and provide the best service. It's the first impression a customer has of the clinic, and they give you rude answers...

Excellent treatment from all the dentists. Dr. Linda is very efficient and our favorite. She explains the problem and details the treatment process. Valadez, a veteran of a thousand battles, is very good at what he does and has been here a long time. The assistants who move from one office to the next are also very kind and attentive. The only thing that needs improvement is the ladies who greet you and bill you. Please smile a little more and stop with those unloved faces. That's the only reason I give it 4 stars. Everything else is EXCELLENT!! Oh, and the bathrooms are ALWAYS very clean!! Thank you so much!!

Terrible organization for getting into an office or any procedure, just a piece of paper. With 11 offices, it takes three hours to see you without an appointment. Inflated prices to get you to buy their card for 30 pesos for competitive prices. I won't come back. Besides, everything is already very old-fashioned.
