Disappointed. A scam and a rip-off! I went for a routine check-up. My teeth were fine, but they advised me to replace several fillings they considered old, as well as get a new one in a molar. Right after they finished all the work, I started having discomfort in the molar. fractured. Obviously, it fractured because they had done the new filling, since I hadn't had any discomfort before. Since it was damage caused by their work, I assumed I wouldn't be charged. However, as I was leaving, they told me I had to pay for the filling. When I said I didn't think that was right, they said it was 'only €30,' that it wasn't a big deal. I told them I should have been informed that it would cost something before they did the work, which they forgot to do. When I told him I thought it was terrible and that I wouldn't be going back, he remarked that I didn't go there that often anyway. I was extremely disappointed; the customer service was awful. If you're not a "good customer"—that is, if your teeth aren't bad enough for them to make a profit—they'll try to squeeze money out of you any way they can, and if you say anything, they ignore you because you're not that important. In short, if your teeth are bad enough to generate significant income for them, they might treat you well, but if your teeth are fine and only need cleaning and basic maintenance, this is NOT the dentist for you. They'll ruin your mouth and charge you for it.
In my case, it was a horrible experience. I got braces, and now my teeth are worse than before. They're so damaged that there's little I can do about my mouth. I went to them hoping for a solution, but they wouldn't even reply. Anyway, I would think very carefully before going to this clinic.
I've come across a state-of-the-art clinic. Congratulations to the team of doctors who work there, especially Dr. Verónica Piastri Z., for her dedicated work, excellent academic training, and commitment to continuous professional development for the benefit of her patients. I absolutely do not recommend them; they are appalling. They performed a root canal on me, and immediately afterward, they rebuilt the tooth in the same procedure. Normally, cleanings are done in the following days to ensure the success of the root canal. In this case, nothing at all. In the end, six months later, I developed an infection in the nerve that they supposedly cleaned properly. Like…

I went to this dental clinic for a consultation and I'm very happy with the service. The care was excellent in both cases. I found the clinic through an online offer for orthodontics, and after comparing it with other clinics and talking to friends and family, they all commented on how affordable it is. I hope to be in their care soon to get a perfect smile.

I once went to get a filling and it was done by a tall, idiotic girl, and I was in terrible pain, even though they gave me anesthesia. WHAT A JOKE
Good for you! You've helped my 5-year-old daughter overcome her fear of doctors. Exceptional treatment and no trauma. It's also not expensive at all.
