Dr. Derek provided excellent care. I don't think I've ever felt so comfortable and relaxed at the dentist. He makes you feel at home, gives you the confidence to connect with you and help you with whatever you need during your treatment. In short, AMAZING!!! EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL ❤️

I was dying of pain a week after having my daughter. They told me on the phone that the consultation was 15,000 pesos. I arrived, and they told me they had to charge an extra fee for an X-ray. Then they told me the consultation was 30,000 pesos. But that 30,000 peso consultation was just to look at me and tell me what I had; it didn't involve any pain-relieving procedures, nothing palliative.…

NOTHING! I had to start paying for the treatment before they would even do anything. That is, 30,000 pesos, plus 5,000 X-rays, plus 60,000 pesos. Zero empathy or interest in the patient. It was all about charges, and unclear charges; first one amount, then another. If a healthcare professional focuses more on the charge than the patient's well-being, I truly don't trust them. I paid 35,000 pesos and left the same way I arrived.

Dr. Derek is the best. He provides excellent care; you basically feel like he's your friend working on your teeth. He's always very careful and even plays your favorite music to help you relax, haha ♥ Dr. Derek is the best

I didn't get a chance to go. I asked them via WhatsApp if they charged for estimates, and they said yes. When I asked if that amount would be deducted from the treatment cost determined by the dentist (like some dental practices do when they want to provide peace of mind to the patient), they replied no, that everything was charged, because they were "taking a risk" due to the pandemic.
