I had a very pleasant experience with orthodontic treatment with Dr. Alex. It is noticeable that he loves his job, loves people, and is an empath. Incilex Clinic is the best of the best; they are true professionals. Today they extracted a tooth and placed two implants. surprise, I paid the full price but didn't receive all the benefits, not even the warranty. Now they're demanding additional fees, which I find incomprehensible and unacceptable. Even more surprising, when I requested my medical records, they gave me a blurry one. I requested a clearer one, but it took another week, and they still haven't given it to me. They also can't provide me with before-and-after X-rays. So, I don't want to criticize their professionalism without seeing the results, as I'm still waiting. I also want to warn those who visit this dentist to request a complete medical history and not pay cash for treatment, since once you pay the full amount, the quality of their work diminishes, and they may charge you additional fees, as happened to me. Therefore, the contract, medical history, and follow-up care are very important.
I bought a voucher for a cleaning and whitening treatment, and after two sessions I haven't noticed anything. I even notice more when I brush my teeth with baking soda.
