I've entrusted my oral health to Dental Home for over 10 years, starting with my orthodontics and smile design. Their work is impeccable, and they do everything with professionalism.
Highly recommended. They are very friendly and professional. The receptionists at both Dental Home locations are Natalia and Dr. Juliana Ochoa. They do such a good job that one feels very calm during treatments. We were only in Medellín for a short time, but they were incredibly helpful with our appointments.
Excellent Service not only the Dr. Betancourt he is a wonderful professional all his staff are very knowledgeable and very nice. They are ready to explain to you as soon you have any doubts.

The entire staff at Dental Home is incredibly welcoming and professional. Dr. B is truly an artist! I came in with concerns about my smile, and the results exceeded all my expectations. Dr. B is genuinely a kind and thoughtful person. He thoroughly answered all my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The level of care and attention to detail is 10/10.

Excellent service for dental care. Hygienist Sandra Milena provided careful and meticulous attention to the thorough dental cleaning. The office is professional and clean, and the staff are helpful.

I had my teeth cleaned in Santiago Chile 30 days ago and noticed a spot on my tooth that was stained. I stuck a toothpick in it and figured it was a filling that had fallen out. (I had a USA dentist that “found” cavities right before his retirement). So, I made an appointment on the website with Juliana Ochoa to do a filling. spot and removed some resin. The resin is sealant done 20 years ago and as that flakes off I have some pitting in the sealant; but those aren’t cavities in the tooth. A different dentist began “watching” those pits about 12 years ago. A Mexican dentist a year ago told me I had several cavities, but he’d just clean my teeth if that is all I wanted. I said I’d watch them for now. In Santiago they said my teeth were fine, but the cleaning wasn’t great; I still have a lot of chlorohexidine stains in hard to reach spots. Juliana did an exam and said other than a cleaning, my teeth were fine. Considering I was with Juliana for a filling, and she found it wasn’t necessary I find her very credible. The exam was 36,000 COP. We communicated using a translator on her phone and my limited Spanish. It’s nice to have a dentist I can trust, and I’ll return for cleanings. FYI, there is a Laureles office too.

to get an additional cleaning. Now, mind you, we are visiting from New York and don’t have insurance in Colombia. David, came into the office in a panic. He was crying and almost hyperventilating. His phobia is almost paralyzing. Dr. Bentacourt came out and spoke with David and reassured him (in English!), and managed to calm him down enough to get David to sit on his chair and get an assessment. After so many years he was in good order, but recommended a cleaning. I thought that would be an ordeal, so I was invited to accompany him into the room as he got his cleaning. The cleaning was done by Dental Hygienist Milena Ciro. Actually, before David got his cleaning, I had mine, also performed by Ms. Ciro. She was such a gentle, thorough and professional hygienist that I never felt any discomfort or pain during my cleaning. She took her time and gave the most thorough cleaning I’ve had in years (apologies to my dentist back at home!). When it was David’s turn, Ms. Milena treated David with her gentle touch and took her time performing the cleaning. I sat in the room ready to pin him down to the chair by holding him down, or hold his hand, but he didn’t complain once and the whole procedure took place in silence. Ms. Milena made the impossible happen. She is such a gifted hygienist that I urge you to get your cleaning done by her if you make an appointment with Dental Home. Overall, Dental Home is a modern, professional, clean practice with extremely high standards and courteous bilingual service. The cost of the procedure(s) was a fraction of what it costs in the United States (a small fraction!), and the knowledge of Dr. Betancourt, Ms. Milena Ciro and the rest of the staff is beyond compare. Absolutely recommended. Please consider Dental Home when looking for professional, knowledgeable, modern and affordable dental care in Medellin.
I like Clínica Dental Home. The services are excellent. I'm being treated by specialist Carlos Betancur. I couldn't have been better. I recommend it for a good experience, and the cleaning is beyond excellent.
