Beautiful office. Everything is clean, new, and equipped with technology. But I don't recommend it. She found 8 or 9 cavities (when my usual dentist told me I only had 3, but he left Valencia). Two minutes later (with my mouth open and under anesthesia), she told me there was another cavity and that she wanted to take advantage of the anesthesia and do it. Cash register. €150. She left a fairly large gap between my molars, and on the other side, it still needs filing. At the time, I asked her if she could finish it, and she said she didn't have time, that she would finish it the next time I went. I found it very unprofessional. Normally, you discuss the procedure and agree on prices beforehand. Very business-minded. I had my third cavity filled to take advantage of the anesthesia, but he didn't deduct that "advantage" from my payment. It's a shame because he came highly recommended.

The practice has been open for 14 years, but we strive to keep our facilities well-maintained and updated, just like the first day. We reviewed your medical history and diagnosed you with 5 cavities, confirmed with a state-of-the-art iTero5 pulsed light scanner. This device is completely objective, and if you wish, we can provide you with the technical report of the images used for your diagnosis. There must have been a misunderstanding because the iTero5 report only shows 5 cavities, not 9. Regarding the estimate, we always explain it before starting any treatment, both in writing and/or verbally, and we require your approval, without which no treatment will be performed under any circumstances. On another note, when you refer to "making the most" of the anesthesia, this is an advantage for you as the patient, as you won't have to undergo the anesthesia injection process twice. It is not a problem for the clinic to use all the anesthesia necessary. We're sorry if you weren't satisfied. We constantly strive to provide the best service.
Clinica Dental Gallego has done a fantastic job with helping me maintain my dental hygiene and Invisaline braces! I started visiting years ago when I lived in Spain. I still look to them for treatment when visiting from abroad :)! Everything was professional, attentive, clean, and the service is top notch. I highly recommend getting treatment here :).
