This is the family dentist we've had all our lives, so far so good. But suddenly, they charge a two-minute visit fee without any clarification or examination, at a price that's ridiculously low... Afterwards, Gerard normally did my oral hygiene (and he really did it really well), but without asking (considering I've been seeing them for years) and without telling me, they switched me to a new hygienist, who was horrible, horrible, horrible... I'm not one to complain, but my mouth hurt for a month. Besides hurting you, getting dirty and wet (something that didn't happen with Gerard because he's very careful), HE DIDN'T EVEN CLEAN PROPERLY! Oh my god... How embarrassing... Obviously, never again.

Response from the owner Edited a year agoWe just received another review complaining about how badly our hygienist is doing and how great Gerard was, who was fired at the time. Both reviews came right after each other, at the same time, from fake accounts, and of course, there's no trace of them in our database. Whoever you are, good luck. Our patients already know how we work, and thanks to that, they bring their family and trusted friends to us; we're always busy. Our hygienists are fantastic, kind-hearted, and very professional.
The hygienist who was there before was very good, but the one who's there now is terrible. I've had bleeding and pain for many days after the cleaning. This has never happened to me before. I won't be back.
