My 4-year-old daughter has a cavity. After visiting four clinics (without success or treatment), I decided to come down from Manresa, since all of her father's treatments were done in Echeverría. , I felt in good hands. Both the hygienist and the team in general inspire a lot of confidence, are friendly, attentive, and very professional. They explain everything clearly and make sure you are comfortable at all times. Furthermore, the clinic is very well located, with the metro and buses nearby, and there is free parking right across the street for patients, which is another detail that adds to the excellent experience. I really enjoy doing initial visits because I usually have enough time to listen to the patient's entire history, and many things usually come up that help the patient and me understand where we're coming from and what the best course of action is from then on. Dear Montse, First of all, I apologize for taking so long to reply. I try to reply to all messages once a month, but sometimes I miss one. I really like it when you write about older patients referring to my father, because it's nice to think that you still have him in mind. I'm also excited to see how, over time, the clinic has become a space with several doctors and staff where there is no longer just one visible person. You all probably know that I am always there, but your usual hygienist will probably be there for you, which in your case is Esther; Inma will greet you at the reception, Ana will prepare your estimates, and maybe Dr. Carbó will do your fillings. I stop by once a year to make sure everything is correct. This teamwork will be my legacy, just as my father's was to bring quality periodontal treatment to Catalonia, always doing it with proximity and good communication.
