I had a dental emergency. I arrived at the office without an appointment. The surprise was that the doctor treated me very well. She understood my pain, she empathized with me, she treated me with care, and thank God she was able to help me. Extremely poor care. How is it possible that I came into the office today to inquire about a procedure, and the dentist and her assistant thought I was coming with another patient, so she saw her, then another woman came in, saw her first, and left me waiting for over an hour? assistant was, "I thought I was coming in as a companion" (I should clarify that this isn't the first time I've come into the office for the same procedure, and both times I've received very poor care). I truly do not recommend her at all. I wouldn't even give her a single star if the reviews didn't require a rating between 1 and 5.

We went to a dental emergency room, and "Dr. Norberto" treated us... and it was terrible. The option he gave us was to extract the tooth or use a root canal without looking at an X-ray, just by taping it against the tooth. He insisted that such a hasty prognosis couldn't be given, much less extract a tooth (in this day and age where good dentists only seek to protect and save the tooth). And then,…

satirically, he told us to take a breath, to get out, and decide... ahhhh 😡 Fortunately, we took that breath because it really wasn't what he said, and that tooth already had a root canal and an infection from something completely different... which could be detected with X-rays and CT scans. What a desire to deceive to make money. And if he had opened it and found the root canal that was already there, what would he have said??? And if he pulled it out and the problem persisted, what? Terrible care, terrible knowledge...

Excellent quality work. They extracted my daughter's wisdom teeth with gentleness, compassion, and great professionalism. Dr. Paola was attentive to us the entire time. I'm starting my smile design treatment now, and I know it will go very well. I highly recommend them.
