I've been going to Dr. Esther for years and I'm very happy with the care I receive and her treatments. I'm also happy with the staff who work at the clinic.

The worst experience of my life. I have a very high pain tolerance, and I warned him. Dr. Segarra extracted one of my wisdom teeth and put in two stitches. Today, when I went to have them removed, one of them was harder than usual to remove because it was slightly embedded in my gum. It hurt terribly, and I was in a lot of pain. quickly and angrily administered anesthesia, saying, "You don't want it to hurt? Well, it won't!" And he left. I was in shock and couldn't believe what was happening to me. The assistants came right away to calm me down because I wouldn't stop crying. I told them I wasn't a child or a hysterical woman, but that I had warned them I have a high pain tolerance, and this behavior was unacceptable. The doctor is a good professional at extracting teeth, but terrible in his treatment of patients. Then a doctor came and removed the stitches, apologizing for the way I had been treated. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
After some time without needing their help, I returned for some much-needed adjustments, and as always, I want to congratulate the team, who are fantastic, very professional and attentive. I have no doubt that I will return whenever I need any dental assistance. Thank you, team!

have a perfect smile. It hasn't been a bed of roses; I arrived with severe peri-implantitis. They required implant removal (lateral incisor), mixed bone grafting, Invisalign, replacement of a new implant, and subsequent aesthetic treatment with veneers. But I must emphasize how supported and comfortable I felt every day I came to the clinic (and there were quite a few). I also want to highlight the work of María, Mery, and Iris; without them, they wouldn't be a complete team. Now I'm the one who smiles the most in selfies! I highly recommend them!!!

Segarra, who has since retired, and after a thorough examination and being completely convinced, he agreed. Dr. Esther performed the orthodontic treatment to open the gap. And since then, I haven't had any health or financial problems. In fact, they've been attentive to details that other clinics would have charged me for. Now, Dr. Esther, like her team of assistants, are very kind and seek the best solution to avoid losing my natural teeth. y didn't explain anything to me, because my daughter had all four of her teeth operated on by Dr. Segarra when he was still practicing, and they were more complicated, and there were no problems. My son told me he hadn't seen any doctor, and imagine my surprise when I called the clinic again to speak with the maxillofacial surgeon and they told me he wasn't there. Instead of telling me from the beginning that the maxillofacial surgeon hadn't been able to come in, two incompetent people who didn't know what they were doing examined my son, charged me for the visit, and then sent me to the public health service, even though I have private insurance. But of course, Adeslas is stopping working with them this year. I felt completely cheated because they seemed very unprofessional and like scammers. I'm fed up with going to doctors, and this is the first time this doctor and her two accomplices have done anything like this. I was absolutely furious.
