The service was excellent; they have the necessary measures in place, which gives you confidence and allows you to relax in the waiting room while you are being attended to.
It's a good dental clinic that maintains good hygiene, good safety measures against Covid-19, and very good, friendly customer service.

I was treated by Flandez, who was terrible. He's not an implantologist; he ruined my life. He extracted extra teeth, and Juan Bravo, the owner, was awful—arrogant, rude, and disrespectful. He threatened me, saying the justice system wouldn't do anything because there aren't many laws to help consumers in these cases. Don't go to this clinic; you'll waste your money and then have to spend even more to fix the poor treatment elsewhere. I don't recommend them.

I don't know why the dentist who treated my mom thought it was a good idea to make a joke about us without even knowing us. We certainly never went back.
I don't recommend it at all!! Although the doctor was kind, they called me half an hour late, then they changed my appointment twice because in one the water didn't come out of the hose, the sink was dirty with food remnants from a previous patient, it was unclean, and the bathroom was dirty and had a bad door!! In addition, you received a diagnosis and a complete examination lasting approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Our secretary simply offered you, as an alternative for your convenience, the option of adding that amount to your dental cleaning so you could save money instead of just paying for the checkup, although we understand this may have been confusing 🙏. We also want to clarify that there was never any food left in the booth 🦷; we maintain very strict hygiene protocols, and more than 40,000 visits back this up. The booth change was solely due to a one-time equipment failure and was done for your convenience, without any additional time.
