I want to thank the clinic for providing me with excellent care, especially Dr. Bravo, who patiently helped me resolve my problem. The prices are reasonable, the clinic is lovely, and the reception staff are very friendly.

Bad experience. My mom and I went for a root canal. They charged us for two evaluations: the first, where they told us we needed a root canal, and the second, when the endodontist saw her. Each evaluation cost 15,000 pesos, which wasn't applied to the treatment or anything. After they removed the nerve, they scheduled us for a week later. claiming the Ministry of Health had closed them due to problems. Just hours before the rescheduled appointment, they canceled again because they were still dealing with the Ministry of Health issue. My mom had to go to another dentist who found a terrible infection that had to be treated because the filling had been left uncovered, or possibly because the filling had fallen out. According to my mom, the endodontist was arrogant and yelled. I do want to acknowledge the receptionist's helpfulness. But in short, we wasted a lot of money there and were left with the same or worse problem than when we arrived.

Although these improvements have now been completed, the health authority has not yet authorized them due to internal issues within their organization, which are beyond our control. open for another month. With all the good vibes and understanding, since I know these specialists are in high demand, I accepted and waited. A few days before the scheduled time, they called me to confirm. I confirmed and bought my tickets. That same afternoon, they called me and told me that the appointment couldn't be scheduled because the doctor would no longer come on Saturdays, but instead on Tuesdays. I was left marked as busy and got angry because they skipped me on my treatment. Clearly, if I'm coming from far away, I can't make it on Tuesdays. Again, in my anguish, I explained the situation, and they didn't offer me any solution. They left me hanging with my treatment, which isn't cheap. In short, if I had to recommend them, I wouldn't because they play with the person's time and there's no solution. Plus, they call after months to see if I want to schedule a Tuesday. I don't know whether to laugh or cry at the mockery. I want to clarify that the reception was fine, and the girls are very friendly. My name is Jeanette Manquilef.
