Customer service is very good, both at the reception desk and with the dentists. Unfortunately, I had the bad luck of having two botched root canals and unnecessary surgery that caused me significant health and financial damage. These poor procedures forced me to go to other dentists and have my teeth repaired again. It's truly unfortunate.

The best dental place I have ever visited. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Doctor was very straightforward and thoughtfully explained the process for me. Went in to root canal but ended up being a bigger process and the doctor was able to adjust and recommend an alternative remedy. Will be coming again!

they cleaned my teeth and my teeth were beautiful, I liked it a lot, the place was very clean, everything was very good, I was delighted! This is the worst clinic I could have ever booked an appointment at. I traveled all the way from Los Angeles for nothing. My appointment was at 1:30 pm, the office was closed, and a man who I assume was the dentist opened the door. I say "assume" because he didn't introduce himself. told the person I was going to buy him something to eat nearby and would be right back while he finished what he was doing. I was gone for 21 minutes, and when we returned, the office was closed. A TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I wasted my time and couldn't even see another dentist in Tijuana because I came to them. The phone service is excellent, but in person, it's a completely different story.
