I had a dental cleaning and it was a very pleasant experience. The dental hygienist, Daniela, was very professional and friendly. She explained the entire procedure to me, and best of all, I didn't feel any discomfort or pain at any point. The results were excellent, so I'm giving them 5 stars and I'll definitely be back, both for the price and the professionalism!

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. During my treatments, no isolation (cofferdam) was used, and the enamel on two teeth was damaged while polishing the fillings. Furthermore, the assistant left the saliva ejector in my mouth unattended and talked while working, which I found unprofessional. They also didn't show me the results at the end or offer me a mirror. I regret that mistakes happen on the part of professionals… mistakes that can be very costly. I hope that, in the future, dental care will be provided with more care and attention to people.

We sincerely regret that your experience was not as expected. In our clinic, we always work with absolute isolation (a rubber dam) for treatments where relative isolation is not possible, especially for procedures such as root canals or restorations, where complete control of the surgical field is required. In some cases, due to the position of the tooth or for the patient's comfort, relative isolation is chosen, which also guarantees the safety and quality of the treatment. Polishing is performed only on the restored surface to adjust the shape and achieve a suitable finish without affecting healthy enamel.
