We were seen without an appointment because our child had a problem with his braces. We went without an appointment. This is the second time something similar has happened to us. Excellent practice, once you find the location. Unfortunately, I received another quote for the same treatment that was over €2,000 less. It is a shame that the price is beyond my budget, as I would have certainly chosen this practice for my treatment. I was particularly impressed by Dr. Crooke himself.

I have been several times and had quite a bit of work done including 2 implants, I have experienced the most pain free dentistry here which is great and most of the staff are friendly and professional. The only problem is if you have any questions or problems you can’t get past the patient coordinators; for example, they won’t pass my written complaint about the latest problem with their work…

Also the dentists often change and I was happy with my first dentist so when they were replaced without telling me until I arrived for the appointment (from the UK) I asked questions about the new dentist and Alfonso, the head of patient coordination, did not like this at all raising his voice, becoming very defensive, accusatory and unprofessional. I got the work finished but I now find that both crowns placed onto my implants are loose. Alfonso’s response is that they can give me the information to go to a dentist in the UK to have them correct their work! or come back all at my own expense for another journey back due to a problem with their work. Hmm, I am not the only one as I have spoken to other patients in the waiting room who said exactly the same, that they were happy with the dentists but not the customer service, particularly Alfonso.
