The doctor was very good, to be honest, but the receptionist was awful. She was incredibly rude, impatient, and very arrogant. She made a huge scene because my daughter dropped a tangerine pit on the floor, which I was picking up myself. Her rudeness was so shocking that I've decided to change clinics for my treatment.

Response from the owner Edited a year agoWe are very sorry that you posted this comment, even though you warned and threatened us about it at the clinic. What actually happened is that you requested an emergency appointment at 11:00 AM, and despite our full schedule, we saw you at 5:00 PM. You came with your children, and we helped keep them occupied while you were in the consultation room. Meanwhile, the children wouldn't let us open the waiting room door, as you had left them lying on the floor drawing. Furthermore, you wanted to leave them alone with the receptionist, and we politely asked you not to, as she had to attend to her duties. Finally, on your way out, you gave them a snack, and that's when we told you that eating wasn't allowed in the clinic, as it's a medical space. At that moment, you yelled at the receptionist for asking you to pay for the X-ray and the emergency check-up we performed, since we had already given you your first free check-up two months prior. Despite all this, you refused to pay, saying you would pay next Monday. The receptionist told you we needed your payment in advance in case you missed your appointment. You then became very angry and threatened to leave a bad review, which we see you're using as an excuse not to pay. After your visit, we had to clean the entire waiting room floor of food scraps and drawings. It's a shame that you're twisting what happened, trying to make our business look bad for asking you to pay for the service we provided, and jeopardizing the job of a member of our team who was simply doing their job.
Had a great experience. Vicente was thorough, communicative and made my two molar fillings look like brand new teeth!!! Above and beyond from the whole team!

Dr. Cots is one of the best dentists I’ve ever visited. He has a great knowledge and experience. He takes time to find the problem and explain it to you i detail. This made me feel safe and in good care. He also speaks English, which was a big deal for me as a tourist. Everyone is very helpful and kind. I broke a tooth after eating an olive with a pit, and Clínica Cots gave me an appointment for the next day. The team is very friendly and professional. There was a 30-minute wait upon arrival (which is perhaps why it's only 4*, but I understand the unexpected costs). It was 5-star service! Thank you.

We've been going to Vicente and his team for as long as I can remember. I have dentist friends, and there's one near my house, but it doesn't matter, we'll always go to him wherever he goes. Teeth need to be taken care of, and having a good team gives you peace of mind. I still recommend him every time!

Excellent experience at this practice. Was my wife and I fourth visit to this dentist in Valencia and we were very happy with our treatment. We are English speakers and the staff all made things easy by speaking English to us both. Brilliant clean and very good examination. Highly recommended
