The clinic was spotless, and the service was incredible. What I loved most was Martha's relaxing hand massage! She's an excellent, very friendly, and professional woman! I highly recommend her :)

I had a 40-minute deep tissue massage (booked through Smartbox) and left feeling like a new person. The woman (whose name I don't remember) focused quite a bit on my neck, which was the most tense area. Both she and the rest of the staff who attended to me were incredibly kind. I would definitely go back.

Excellent service at the Premoden Clinic, both from the reception staff and the physiotherapist. The massage met our expectations. The only negative point is the location of the establishment, which is very difficult to park due to its regulated parking or private parking with high fees. It would be great if they could coordinate the parking in the area to make it cheaper or free. Recommended!

We're a couple who went with a Smartbox voucher. We had booked an appointment with them for a massage, and when we arrived, they told us they were fully booked. We're not from the center of Madrid, and frankly, we were very disappointed to have gone there for nothing. Obviously, we won't be going back, as they demonstrated a lack of professionalism and organization.
