She was acting like she owned the place, shoes off, leaving me waiting in the chair without saying a word, not even looking at me. Awful treatment! And it's a shame because I used to go there for professionals like Virginia and other colleagues who provided excellent service and did great work, but it's completely changed. I requested in the email, with the full name, or they messed up the procedure, even though I specifically requested it. Nobody at the office knows the payment procedure, which causes problems. Being left waiting at reception for an hour instead of going to the clinic to find out what's going on is normal. And nobody has responded to the email I kindly wrote below for months! Only Mariona at the Sant Pau clinic took the time to understand and help me, for which I am grateful. Good afternoon! Could someone please explain the quality of service from the receptionist at the Cácer Clinic in Barcelona, Sant Pau? Is it possible in the 21st century for a professional to hang up on me multiple times? The first few times I thought it was just a coincidence and kept calling, but after a week I realized that's how things work. I suggested scheduling an appointment by email, as it's easier to communicate that way, but they only reply to one out of every three emails and it takes several days. We've been paying for our family of five's insurance with you for two years! The quality of service is extremely disappointing.

The staff were excellent. The facilities were superb. They were very attentive and took great care to ensure the patient didn't experience any pain. They create large, white, and very bright smiles. Very precise and safe work, just like Evax. 100% recommended.
