I went to Caser Dental for a dental cleaning and left very happy. From the moment I walked in, I was treated very well. Nai, the receptionist, was especially friendly and approachable; it's nice to arrive somewhere and be greeted like that. My cleaning was done with great care, and the entire team was very professional. I'll definitely be back :)

My first visit to the clinic wasn't very satisfactory: I didn't like how they did my dental cleaning. So, I contacted the administration to tell them about my experience. We spoke, and they offered to repeat the cleaning free of charge. I haven't had this second cleaning yet, but since then, all my subsequent visits for cavity treatment have been very professional and well-organized. The dentist…

Overall, I would say that if there's anything you're not happy with, don't hesitate to mention it. In my case, although things weren't perfect at first, both the medical staff and the administration showed a willingness to provide high-quality care. Personally, I ended up very satisfied.
