I first met Dr. Isadora Cabello as a patient at UDD, when she was finishing her studies and seeing patients during her supervised clinical practice. I went to Clínica Brelo to have two wisdom teeth extracted. They gave me a quote, I accepted it, and they performed the first extraction. I was scheduled to have the second one the next day. Now they're calling me saying they charged me "too little" and want to change the quote after the procedure. So, they operate and then raise the price? A scam disguised as a "mistake"! 't enough, they want to charge me for post-operative checkups that I NEVER agreed to and that I'm NOT going to attend because I'm not even from Concepción. Nobody told me that these checkups were mandatory or that they were charged separately. 🔴 This is ABUSE. Overcharging after providing care, adding things they didn't disclose, and pressuring for services not rendered violates the Consumer Protection Law. 🚨 I'm already considering filing a formal complaint with SERNAC (Chile's National Consumer Service) and I'm posting this so that no one else has to go through this. Enough of clinics that play with people's health and money!

Hello Jennifer, the price of the procedure already performed remains unchanged; it was paid for and completed successfully. Our quotes are subject to specialist evaluation, which is clearly stated in all our quotes. In your case, the adjustments were made before you booked your appointment and paid for the next one, so you could make an informed decision about whether or not to proceed with the treatment. These adjustments were due to the complexity of the treatment, as evaluated by the specialist who would perform the procedure. We regret that our process was not satisfactory. Best regards.
