Fiorella's service was spectacular, and Lorena always took great care of me.
Excellent clinic. The staff is friendly and welcoming, especially the pediatric dentist, Fiorella Papapietro. The care for adults is also very attentive.
Unfortunately, I didn't have the same experience. I had a scan done, and to my frustration, on the day of my appointment, which was two weeks later, they still hadn't sent me the email with the results. I missed my appointment with the dentist, who comes from another region and only visits Copiapó every two weeks. I had to schedule another appointment and pay for another visit for the treatment.…

And it's the first time I've had a scan done and not received the report. They told me the report had to be paid for extra 😵😵. Unbelievable. I don't know how to respond to your reply in another comment. I mentioned this and even asked how they would send me the report and the scan (images). I let them know I needed the report and that there was no one available to do it at that moment. After days of persistence, they told me the document had an extra cost. If they had told me from the beginning that they couldn't send it, or if there was an additional cost, I would have gladly resolved the issue. But the response wasn't timely, and they also indicated that same day that they would send me the scan by email since I had to send it to them via email. I received the CD that same day, but I was waiting for the file to send to my doctor so he could review it before arriving in the region and for the appointment. I requested that link, and they told me they would send it that same day, but it took almost two weeks. And finally, I had to pay. My frustration isn't with the charge itself, but with the irresponsibility and lack of clarity regarding the procedures and information. In fact, my doctor and I are still dealing with the problem because we're working blindly even after drilling into the tooth. So, if you could send me the report as soon as possible, I would be very grateful. You should have my number so you can contact me.

At our clinic, we strive to provide clear and efficient service, and we understand how important it is for you to have your exams on time, especially considering that your dentist travels from another region. We would like to clarify a few points to ensure transparency: the radiology report is not automatically included with the scan, as it must be requested in advance. This is because it requires evaluation by a specialist, and to process it, we need to know that it will be required. In this case, we did not receive this notification at the time of your appointment, so the report was not generated. However, we are available to help you obtain it if you still need it. Regarding the delivery of the exam, it was delivered directly on a CD, since, as explained previously, the scanner files are very large, are only available for 3 days via a download link, and require specific software for viewing (unlike traditional 2D X-rays). Furthermore, we didn't have the dentist's name or email address at the time to send it directly. However, we'd like to offer you a solution: if you still need the radiology report, please contact us directly, and we'll gladly arrange for its preparation with the appropriate specialist.
