Well, I booked an appointment for continuing my orthodontist treatment in Spain. I asked the receptionist whether they work with the system Damon. They said: come and our specialist will review. When I came, I was waiting for 1 hour in the waiting room. The whole session took 3 minutes, the doctor just said that they didn’t work with this system. Elizaveta, we're sorry your appointment didn't go as you expected. In order to continue with a treatment that was started at another clinic outside of Spain three years ago, it must be evaluated to ensure that it's the best option for our patient. Following your review, we spoke with the professional who treated you, and after your evaluation, she discussed different alternatives and options for continuing your treatment, which, under her responsibility, were the most appropriate. We understand that none of them suited you, but the professional needs to be consistent with what she can do and achieve; she can't accept anything that doesn't achieve the desired results. At our clinic, we strive every day to guarantee the best service to each of our patients. We've been doing this for three generations. Best regards.

As always, a 10 doesn't do it justice. This is a clinic my grandmother, my mother, and therefore I, used to go to. The service is friendly and highly professional. I recommend it without hesitation if you're looking for true professionals and want to avoid any unwanted surprises.

I've been here for many years and they are extremely professional. They give you a quote for everything they do, they never go under the mark. They might tell you a price and then it's lower. They don't hold hands.
