A very disappointing experience. I went in for a cleaning and was told I had a hidden cavity that, they said, wasn't visible but required a filling. I trusted their judgment. A year later, I ended up needing a root canal and additional treatments, costing over €500. I believe the initial diagnosis and follow-up were inadequate. I requested them, which is unacceptable. There is a lack of transparency and professional responsibility. I certainly won't be returning and I'm considering filing a formal complaint.

Good morning, We explained the situation to you with several doctors a year ago, and we have shown you the images. The doctor even called you personally again after your review to explain further or resolve any doubts or confusion, but you refuse to listen; you want a refund. You requested your medical records on the day we were closing for Christmas vacation. We were closed until today, and someone will contact you this morning to arrange the delivery of all the documents. We cannot understand why you want to damage our reputation without even verifying the information with another professional, as we have suggested and would appreciate. We are not a free public service, and we regret that you are holding us responsible for your oral health. We only work to help and solve problems. We hope you can understand the evolutionary stages of the mouth and teeth due to multiple factors. And, despite it being more than a year since the filling you mentioned, we repeated it after the root canal at no additional cost. We wish you all the best, hope you had a wonderful holiday season and have a happy 2026. If you need anything, please don't hesitate to contact us.

She was seeing other patients. You waited until 11:40 a.m. when a colleague asked for your name, surprised to see you sitting in the room for so long.
