I had my teeth whitened, and I loved the results on my teeth. In just one appointment, I had white teeth. I recommend them.

I've been undergoing treatment for 34 months. The dentist would show up at the counter for about three minutes, tell his assistants what to do, and then leave. Every month (I had to ask him) he'd tell me something different about the status of my treatment and the gaps in my teeth. The attention from the people you see and the technicians is a 7, but regarding my orthodontic treatment, the service is truly TERRIBLE! I decided on that clinic because it was the cheapest I found at the time, but really cheap things end up being more expensive in the long run!
The checkups last a couple of minutes; an assistant changes the elastics, and you see the doctor for less than a minute. It's all a business; the only thing they're good at is taking your money, and at the slightest complaint, they change their tune and all the good service disappears. treatment as soon as possible and, therefore, start charging. However, in my case, I needed other things adjusted before the braces were installed, which they didn't do here, and it only delayed my treatment. If you want good results, don't choose this clinic.

I had a terrible experience at this clinic. I was a patient for approximately six months in 2017. One of their assistants installed my braces. five minutes, during which Dr. Lopez would simply say "open, close," change the elastics, and nothing more, just to prolong the treatment, which is clearly a business. During that time, my mouth became full of tartar, and I was never informed that I had cavities. As a result, my oral health deteriorated, and there was no progress in the treatment. I started asking other former patients about my problem and realized that several others had been affected by the same situation and had left the clinic due to bad experiences. I had to pay for a new treatment at another clinic because the braces they put on me had to be removed for cleaning and to get the cavities treated. There were other options for correcting my teeth without having to extract the premolars, according to other orthodontists. I feel so disappointed and cheated by "Art Dental Clinic" because they're just playing with people's dental health.

They serve you well, but the wait time is tedious! They give you an appointment, but they end up serving you an hour and a half later. In all the months I've been there, if I'm lucky, they've served me at the correct time or without waiting more than an hour.

Adolfo Lopez, is the one who attends to patients with this treatment, but he's awful. He only sees you when you start treatment, and then they send the nurses to attend to you. He just looks at you and says, "Open, close, open, close, we're ready," then he leaves. He doesn't attend to you in the slightest. In my experience, it was tragic because I lost my two front teeth, and my jaw was damaged beyond repair. As you can see, if you go to that clinic, you'll never finish your treatment, and you'll only end up with cavities and tartar buildup. And good luck with your teeth because I lost mine. It's a disaster. Terrible clinic, never dare to go there...
