My experience with the DBA clinic was very good! Dr. Carlos was essential in my pre- and post-operative process for orthognathic surgery. The team was always very attentive in all the appointments and specialties I received. I highly recommend it!

We regret that we were unable to demonstrate that our greatest concern is with the after-sales service of the treatments performed, since when we detect any flaw in a procedure performed by our team, even if outside the legal warranty, we promptly redo the service under an extended warranty at no cost to our clients. Certainly, if the complainant had attended the scheduled appointment on 07/17/24, we would have evaluated the complaint and resolved the issue quickly. In any case, we are always available. A very well-structured clinic, with highly competent professionals and excellent service! I have my teeth cleaned and other procedures done every 6 months, when necessary. The instruments used in the procedures are autoclaved. Safety for our health.
