I received no satisfaction regarding the treatment from the polysomnography machine. I paid $180.00 for the consultation. I do not recommend the clinic.

Hello, our clinic does not offer "polysomnography equipment". If there is any dissatisfaction, we always strive to improve. These communication channels are serious, and we always bring the feedback to the table for internal discussion and resolution of issues.
For those who are terrified of the dentist, like I was, Dr. Olavo Brilhante is an extremely patient and competent professional, with excellent service and facilities! I had 3 teeth extracted, and the post-operative period was painless, without swelling or any other reaction! Congratulations on the excellent work!

e WAS a pediatric dentist available and gave me the available times and the cost of the consultation, including a follow-up appointment. Upon arriving, I had the unpleasant surprise of discovering that the appointment was with an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, and that there was no pediatric dentist on site. In desperation, as my son's tooth was literally hanging out, I went into the doctor's office, and after he examined and assessed the case, he said that I would need to have the tooth extracted and that the cost would be 500 reais in addition to the 200 reais for the consultation. I immediately refused, as my plan covers that, and I went there specifically looking for a PEDIATRIC DENTIST, since my plan offered an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and I had already seen one; I even mentioned this to the receptionist during the call. In short: I lost 200 reais because I had to pay for the consultation.

Dear Fábio, we hope your son is well and that you have resolved his needs. However, it is clear to us that what happened to your son – his fall from his own height – left you quite anxious, and this anxiety led you to not fully understand the information you received over the phone. You contacted our clinic in a state of distress, requesting an urgent appointment. You scheduled and rescheduled twice on the same day. On the third attempt, our receptionist managed to schedule an appointment with one of our specialists (Head of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Service at a large Trauma Hospital in Greater São Paulo). Upon your arrival at the clinic, you were once again informed that our specialist was an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, not a Pediatric Dentist, and that he was qualified to treat trauma in both adults and children. Even so, you chose to go in for the consultation, your son was examined, and a treatment plan was provided. Given the misunderstanding, our specialist offered you the option of not paying for the consultation. He was insistent on this offer, and you insisted on paying for the consultation, stating that you had received excellent care and that you wanted to cover the costs, but that you would not proceed with the treatment as you preferred to have it done through your health insurance. Rest assured, and we are available for further clarification.

Dr. Olavo performed a dental implant that jeopardized my orthodontic treatment. I do not recommend his services. The implantation of my tooth led to misalignment of the adjacent teeth.

Dr. Olavo is the best surgeon at Unicamp. I've had several teeth removed by him, and it was always very quick and painless. He's also an excellent surgeon for orthognathic surgery.
This clinic is amazing, from the reception to the dentists. Everything is perfect. I highly recommend it and will always return.
