Incredibly helpful and friendly people. I called on a Sunday morning and immediately got the help I needed. Also their English was of high quality. Would definitely recommend to go here.
For me, this is the best dental clinic with Dr. Edgar and all the staff who work there. Quality and reasonable price. They were always attentive when I went.

I needed a dentist at 5 AM because I was in a lot of pain. Neither private nor public hospitals had a dentist available for me. The Bessa clinic saved the day! He explained the entire dental cleaning procedure in detail, including tartar removal, plaque disclosing, bicarbonate jet, and fluoride application. He also answered all my questions and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. The dental cleaning was done with such precision and care that I didn't feel any discomfort at all. Amândio also gave valuable tips on how to improve my oral hygiene and provided personalized guidance to keep my teeth healthy. of the rooms on the left, treated me very unwillingly. I counted at least three times that he commented on my financial situation, always reminding me that the treatment would be expensive. Very uncomfortable. In the end, he said he wouldn't do the cleaning because he had a friend who specialized in cleaning. (He didn't want to do it because he judged my financial potential at that appointment, and of course, he would be wasting his time). I'm very sorry that you have such a professional. I am now having my €5,000 treatment, which was quoted to me, at another clinic that treated me well. Thank you.

I received treatment at this clinic from Mr. Edgar, paying 500 euros in 2022. It was done by a dentist colleague of his, and that same dentist fractured my tooth. I returned and was mistreated by the same dentist, as if I were asking him for a favor. The mistake was the dentist's, not mine. To this day, no one has given me an answer. Trotz Verständigungsproblemen (diese wurden mit einer Übersetzungsapp gelöst) wurde mir sehr freundlich und sehr schnell geholfen. Vielen lieben Dank an das Team der Klinik.
Ich kann Clinica Bessa nur bestens empfehlen. Als wir vor vor ca. 2 Jahren wieder in die Schweiz zurück fliegen wollten, ist damals meinem Bruder den Implantat, welches er 2 Wochen vorher bei einem anderen Zahnarzt gemacht hatte, wieder rausgefallen. nach einen guten und kompetenten Zahnarzt war, habe ich mit der Clinica Bessa Kontakt aufgenommen. Ich war für ein paar Tagen dann in Portugal und sie haben mich bestens unterstützt und die besten Optionen vorgeschlagen. Da ich in der Schweiz lebe und meine Zähne in der Clinica Bessa behandeln lasse, sind sie sehr flexibel und richten sich nach meine Termine und Flüge. Ich werde jedes Mal von Dr. Edgar und das gesamte Team sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und ich schätze die Kompetenz dieser Clinic sehr. Die Clinic ist sehr sauber und legt ein grosser Wert auf die Hygiene. Ich bin sehr dankbar meine Zähne in so gute Hände zu haben und habe mein Zahnarzt fürs Leben gefunden. Eine ausgezeichnete Zahnarztklinik. Während des Urlaubs brauchte ich dringend einen Termin. Ich bekam diesen in kürzester Zeit und wurde hervorragend behandelt. Sehr zu empfehlen .
