My opinion is based on the poor punctuality and unprofessionalism in the treatment room. I always arrived on time for my appointment, scheduled a week in advance, and they took anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour or more to see me. They were very unpunctual. like the pits of a Formula One race—I finally got the filling done very quickly; he seemed to be in a hurry. At the end, he just said, "I hope it's okay." This didn't inspire much confidence, and now, a few weeks later, my tooth doesn't feel right. I don't know if this is normal. The prices for their services are not cheap at all for the poor quality of service they provide.

Regarding the filling, you were given an option based on the damage to your tooth. You declined this option due to financial reasons. It was explained to you that the appropriate filling was not the one you selected. Unfortunately, as explained, this could cause complications.
I've had two appointments at this clinic, and I have nothing but positive things to say. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Both times I was seen by Dr. Labra, who is very patient and calm, and he explains the procedure in detail. He also does a precise and well-finished job. Thank you so much!

The service was excellent overall, but I must highlight the work of Dr. Gerson Urra. Personally, I was afraid of the dentist, and he was very careful when treating me. He explained the entire procedure step by step, and thanks to his kindness, I was able to have the treatment done, and everything was a success.

I went to the emergency room for a diagnosis, where I was seen for two minutes, for an inflamed gum, after which he told me it would be better to remove the tooth. I left the office, and the counter charged me $20,000 pesos for literally sitting for two minutes. They didn't even take an X-ray or anything. Hi Paula, I'm sorry to hear about this, but the evaluation cost is 20,000, which is what you paid. An X-ray wasn't necessary for that diagnosis, but it will be important when you undergo treatment. You didn't pay for anything that wasn't done.

I had a root canal done at this clinic in 2022, which included an endodontic treatment and partial restoration of a molar. Now, at the end of this year, the root canal failed, becoming infected and causing me further financial expense, impacting my quality of life, and wasting my time. In conclusion, the root canal was poorly performed, and therefore I cannot recommend this clinic.
Dr. Barría is a great guy, by far the best dental clinic in Puerto Montt.

I went last year to get a cleaning and scaling for some teeth that needed filling due to sensitivity (I don't know what it's called), and I've always had tachycardia with vasoconstrictor anesthesia. tachycardia, and that's normal, but it's something that could have been avoided if he had taken what I told him into account. After that, I went to other clinics again, of course, and all the dentists tell me that it's normal. They even always ask each patient BEFOREhand if they've had reactions to anesthesia used without vasoconstrictor. So, I do not recommend it at all. Plus, you have to wait a long time to be seen, even though you already have an appointment, which you book in advance... so, 0/0, terrible experience. I had forgotten to rate it; I remembered it now when I got the reminder for the checkup.
Excellent service, prompt when requesting an emergency appointment, I recommend them.

I was very happy with the work, although I left feeling deceived about the payment. From the start, they didn't explain everything well, nor did they provide a quote. They just said that each filling cost 60,000 pesos, and if you have an Isapre or Fonasa insurance, you'd get a 40% discount, and that the discount would be applied at the end of the treatment. asked for the discount, they told me that each filling cost 90,000 pesos and that the discount had already been applied, so I had to pay more than 300 pesos. I knew I'd have to pay that amount at the end, but my consolation was that they'd deduct 40% from that amount, so I trusted them. I would have had the treatment anyway, but if I'd had clear information, instead of doing it in three days, it would have taken three months.
