Best dentist in Recife. Extremely qualified, competent, and a perfectionist professional. My family and I have been patients since 2005. Besides her professional competence, she is affectionate. Perfect for anyone who is afraid of the dentist!

My suggestion is that they should provide an elevator for wheelchair users, elderly people with reduced mobility, or people experiencing temporary mobility impairments to avoid climbing stairs to the first floor.

Disrespectful. I was denied service today (February 6, 2020) by dentist Ana Paula Madeira. I attended an appointment scheduled for January 13th for today at 2 PM. The receptionist emphasized that appointments are scheduled. Upon arriving at the office early, I was asked if I was someone's son. I said no, that I was there for an appointment scheduled for 2 PM. poke to me rudely and informed me that my appointment was at 2:30 PM. She further stated that the 2 PM appointment was actually a slot for another person, Pedro. She even called me "my son" and told me to check the system on the reception computer. At 2:10 PM, a man who frequents the clinic, known as Pedrinho, entered and was promptly attended to. When I reported the incident to dentist Ana Paula, she immediately stressed that it was better not to treat me. She said that emergencies happen and it was natural that I might need to wait. I asked if it was an emergency. She fell silent. When I said I expected at least an apology, she opened the door and raised her voice, allowing everyone in the waiting room to hear. She then expelled me from the premises. According to her, this was because I was "rude" in responding to a "are you okay?" with "more or less, doctor". I am currently filing a complaint with the CRO-PE (Regional Council of Dentistry of Pernambuco) and in contact with my lawyer to assess compensation for moral damages.
I have no words to express my admiration and loyalty to Dr. Patricia. She's been taking care of my smile since 2008. I'll never let her go. I live outside of Brazil, and whenever I'm in Recife, I schedule an appointment. She's a sweetheart! Her competence is beyond words. She's patient, calm, careful, and studious. I'm completely in love with her work. Total trust!!!
