Very satisfied with the process before and after the surgery. You are fully informed about everything, and an interpreter is always present.
Clean hospital, super nice and lovely staff, perfect care around the clock, I can only recommend Dr. Caynak and his team to everyone.
There were no communication problems here thanks to the interpreters. Mesut Caynak's team takes excellent care of the patients and are always friendly. I can highly recommend them. Three days after the surgery, I have no pain or problems.

ery nice and clean; the food is delicious, and there's a cafeteria on the ground floor. The hospital staff was always helpful, and no request went unanswered—both before and after the surgery. Pre-operative preparation and aftercare were carried out with the utmost care. After the doctor (in this case, Dr. Keles) gave the go-ahead, I was taken to the hotel, again by hospital transport. The hotel was also excellent; unfortunately, I was only there for one day, and then it was time to go home (again by hospital transport). Having been in hospitals in Germany many times, I can honestly say that Clinicways was by far the best! I'll gladly come back, thank you for everything. Best regards, Jacqueline

care of. The nurses at the hospital are very kind and helpful; there were no language problems. With gestures, a little English, and some communication, everything went smoothly. The interpreters are available during the day and can also be reached by phone at any time, even if Google Translate isn't enough. An interpreter is always present during the relevant examinations. Even when I experienced significant blood loss through a drainage tube the day after the surgery and required a blood transfusion, I received highly professional care. I am absolutely thrilled with the results of the surgery and very happy.

During every single consultation, I was repeatedly assured that photos would only be taken for the doctor's use, never for Instagram, Facebook, or any other advertising purposes. This was firmly promised to me, and now before-and-after nude photos of me are being circulated online. Absolutely inexcusable!

Exactly 6 weeks ago, I was at Clinicways in Antalya and had surgery performed by Dr. Mustafa Keles. The plan was for a combined 360-degree BDS and breast lift. The thorough examinations conducted there beforehand determined that, given my initial health condition, a correspondingly long anesthesia for the combined surgery would not be beneficial for me. to BDS. I immediately agreed to this decision, as I had already been under anesthesia for 7 hours even without a breast lift. Dr. Keles is a very empathetic and extremely personable doctor who (as far as possible) listens to his patients' needs. He takes their wishes and concerns seriously and delivers first-class results. The entire organizing team works well together; I had an interpreter at my side at all times and always felt informed and not left alone. Even after being discharged to the hotel, I was checked on daily and my wounds were cared for. The price package, which included transfer, surgery, interpreter, and hotel stay, was provided exactly as discussed. The aftercare via WhatsApp (regularly sending pictures, receiving feedback, and advising on what to do next) worked very well. I am more than satisfied with the outcome of the surgery. I experienced no wound healing issues. The scars are extremely fine and precise. I will therefore have my planned breast lift this year and am already looking forward to the results.
