I arrived at my scheduled time, but the service was delayed because they were still finishing another patient's procedure. The cleaning was done very quickly, to the point of hurting my mouth, and the experience was very different from the first time I was at the clinic, when the dentists were more attentive and careful. I don't know how this clinic has such a good rating; our experience was horrible, not at all humanized, they were only interested in making money. The dentist didn't even look at me properly and gave me a quote without explaining what would be done. My daughter took my grandson, and he left the clinic crying. The dentist seemed to be in a hurry. Terrible is an understatement.

I was initially seen privately by dentist Pedro, and I liked the service, so I opted for a dental plan. I waited out the waiting period, and on my return visit, I waited over 50 minutes to be seen.
