Excellent professionals, I was very well attended to and the doctor is wonderful.
They scheduled it for today at 3 PM, and the doorman informed me that they had left at 1 PM. They didn't inform me of anything via WhatsApp. I found it completely inconsiderate not to notify me of any changes to the schedule.

We are contacting you to clarify that yesterday, October 24, 2022, the cancellation of all afternoon shift patients was authenticated on the Hapvida platform. Therefore, the error was caused by the health insurance company, which did not inform you about the cancellation. Our afternoon shift schedule was completely full, and the justification and prior notice were provided through each dental insurance company's online platform. We also ask that you check this platform whenever you need to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments, as all information is attached there. Our WhatsApp operates during business hours, and all messages are answered in order of arrival. We also hope that this clarification regarding this isolated situation has been provided.
