Terrible service. I went for an appointment and "Dr. Aline" was very rude. There was no receptionist, and there were other people waiting. I thought someone was going to leave, which didn't happen. And when the dentist finally showed up, she told me - whoever wanted to be seen should have said so! (This was said in a very mocking way). And since nobody there is doing anyone a favor, I found it…

disrespectful, and I recommend she take a customer service course. (R- Stop lying about nobody asking or wanting to be seen before. The issue was her aggressive communication, which nobody is obligated to accept.)

Hello Felipe, on the day you were scheduled, we were indeed without a receptionist, as she needed to be absent for personal reasons. However, everyone who was waiting to be seen understood this fact, except you! You demanded to be seen immediately even though you arrived 40 minutes before your scheduled time. Unfortunately, we don't work that way, and we need to follow a scheduling timetable to avoid delays. WE ALWAYS LIKE TO EMPHASIZE THE FOLLOWING THINGS: Dental care is provided individually, so each procedure is done manually with skill and attention. There is no set time schedule to follow. However, there are necessary protocols to be followed that require care for the patient. Another point we emphasize is regarding appointments; when made via WhatsApp or directly at the clinic with us, we provide instructions, and all of them must be followed. INCLUDING THE ARRIVAL TIME. When there is understanding and empathy, everything happens and flows perfectly well! It's no coincidence that our reviews are always positive and our recognition is too. Our goal is to serve everyone in the best way possible, provided there is also interest from the patient. When there isn't, it's up to them to find another place to receive the service, which was your case, as you didn't want to wait for your scheduled appointment. Dr. Aline from room 102, I scheduled an appointment for May 29th at 10:45 AM through Hapvida, but she neither showed up nor canceled the appointment through the app.

Excellent service from Dr. Aline, she is patient in explaining the entire procedure, inspires confidence, the environment is clean and comfortable, she is a great surgeon, I highly recommend her to everyone, you won't regret consulting with her.
Wow, there isn't a single negative review??? I was looking for a professional who would inspire confidence and leave me with no doubts about the procedure, and Aline is that professional. She's super attentive, very didactic, and her service is impeccable, from the first contact to the consultation – EXCELLENT. She's definitely gained a patient and admirer of her work!!!
