Dr. Luken was very professional and honest about the work I needed to get done. I had an estimate from my dentist in Arizona and she told me that I didn't need to get all of that done. I am very happy with the work she did on me and I am bringing my mom next month for an estimate. that. Dr Luken and Dr Carlos have good English while Jose, who works at the front desk, has excellent English and translates with the others when anyone is in doubt. This is very reassuring that we all understand each other. Explanations of procedures were thorough and costs were stated up front with no surprises. Environment was clean and crisp with a few cosmetic details that could be attended to. Cover plates on wall outlets/floor outlet are missing, paint is sloppy around door frames. Teeth cleaning was quicker than at home but that may not mean that it wasn't thorough. I'm not a hygienist so it would not be fair to say it wasn't done well. However, no scaling was done. That is standard at home but then again I didn't ask for it. To my surprise when they did xrays they saw that my front tooth (with filling & root canal) was badly infected. Not a pleasant surprise! I could not feel it because there is no root to cause pain. I asked for the xray to send to my friend who is a dentist. NOTE: they were very cooperative and welcomed another opinion. It was confirmed that the tooth needed to come out and proceed with an implant. We started with extraction and bone graft and left with a partial so I wasn't walking around toothless! I will be back in 4 months. My husband was also there for an implant procedure and it went smoothly. We appreciated the latest equipment and large tv screen to view the xrays. Much more comfortable than at home. The staff is professional and communicate effectively. We communicate through WhatsApp so it is easy to just phone them up when I have questions or concerns. Response time is very quick. Jose is a real asset to the business as he is calm and goes into greater depth if you need it. He is proficient in English. He always made us feel like we were not a bother and it was HIS pleasure to serve US. Give that man a raise! As for location it is very convenient. The US/Mexican border crossing is at the southeast corner. You can park your car on the US side and just walk into Mexico, no questions asked. The town is RIGHT there, literally. Walk 2 short blocks and you are at the office. You will be in the company of MANY Americans and Canadians who are there for dental work, prescriptions & glasses. Dr Luken knows her practice and I appreciate that she is calm, quiet, thorough, and welcomes your questions. She takes the time to listen and explain. I do recommend all the staff.
Dr. Clarisa and her staff truly care about us, they constantly communicate with us after dental procedures and ask how my husband is felling . We are extremely happy with results. ;) Prices are fair and premises are clean and neat

extractions, multiple dental implants, root canals and porcelain crowns. I was amazed to see the high quality equipment used in every procedure. She networks with an incredible group of specialists that worked together with such efficiency to complete all phases of restoration. In all of my years, I have never seen anything like it. If only all of the high-end dental offices that I have worked in could have operated like that! To me, it was revolutionary! Since that first visit, I have been back several times to have Dr. Luken treat my other family members. One of the best things is to hear her other patients talking amongst themselves about how long they’ve been traveling to see her, because she is simply the best! I agree!

Dr. Luken is one of the top dental professionals in Los Algodones, MX. She is very knowledgeable and is a perfectionist. Staff are constantly updating their dental knowledge by attending educational training on the latest procedures. The dental equipment in her office is state of the art. I am proud to call Dr. Luken my dental specialist.

office in Los Algodones is located in a very charming enclosed courtyard and her offices are very modern, clean and professional. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Dr. Luken is incredible. Although my procedure was very intense, I never ever once felt any pain whatsoever...not even when she was administering the initial novocaine. She is a master professional at her craft. Even afterwards with sutures in my gums, I never felt any pain. I would recommend Dr. Luken and her office to anyone. She is so professional, competent, knowledgeable, capable and a true asset to her profession. My whole experience was beyond what I had expected and I am eternally grateful for Dr. Luken!
This is the only place I will go. Friendly staff and clean facility. A willingness to explain in detail all procedures is what I need This place helps me no longer hate going to the dentist!!

My husband had dentures put in in a day and he has never been better. The staff are so amazing, caring and they explain everything to you before during and after the procedure. The dentist, Clarissa is so sweet and very good at what she does. The anesthesiologist, David has a heart of gold. I highly recommend CLIA Dental to anyone that needs any dental work done. in any pain, and every crown was carefully examined before being put on. The office is in a quaint little mall. It is quite small but extremely clean and run with great efficiency. Modern x-ray machines and computer screens give immediate results. My dentist at home here in British Columbia is also very pleased with the quality of the work done. I heartily recommend them.
