CIR is wonderful, I've been going there for several years now, everyone is attentive, the environment is pleasant, and the dentists are excellent.
I went to CIR - Dental Hospital to have a wisdom tooth evaluated and extracted, but I had an extremely frustrating experience. During the initial evaluation, the dentist didn't even look at my mouth; he only analyzed the thousands of photos they take to find flaws and offer cosmetic procedures. t had nothing to do with my main complaint. Even so, they convinced me to have a cleaning (which wasn't cheap), promising that the professional would better assess my case. During the procedure, the dentist found pus in the wisdom tooth area and ordered another x-ray, also paid for separately. The cleaning was quick and superficial, but since it wasn't my main objective, I let it go, hoping to at least get some feedback on my case at the end of the appointment. Then he left for lunch, leaving me alone at the hospital to have the x-ray. After the x-ray, they simply sent me away without any follow-up, report, or explanation. A week later I contacted them to find out the results. They only sent me the images, without any medical guidance. Two weeks later, I asked again and was told that a "sales consultant" would speak to me. I waited another week and nothing. Today, when I asked to schedule a follow-up appointment, they had the audacity to ask me if I had any complaints or if it was "just a follow-up"—even though from the beginning I made it clear that my complaint was my wisdom tooth. Conclusion: A month after paying dearly for two exams and a superficial procedure, I still have the same doubts and symptoms, without answers or follow-up, even though I have presented possible symptoms of infection. I feel cheated, because the clinic presents itself as a hospital, but in practice seems to be interested only in selling very expensive aesthetic packages, instead of actually taking care of patients' health.
Dr. Aurelio's team is wonderful; he is an excellent professional, and together with Dr. Lucas, they are highly specialized and very dedicated to their patients. Congratulations!! 🎊 …
